Under the Weather

Interesting random fact: This contains the largest number of individual frames I've used in an emoticon so far (110, if you wanted to know). BUT. It isn't the longest emoticon I've made (that would be :cucco: ), and the framerate is the same in both.
How? Well, in an emoticon like :cucco: I would use one frames multiple times to create pauses of motion, but that's not possible in this emoticon. If I had used this technique this time, the rain would have become static during pauses... not good... so each frame, even those in pauses had to be made.
